The Bullock Harbour Preservation Association have taken legal advice and the only option is to seek a judicial review in the High Court. The High Court is the only body that has the power to quash a decision by a public body such as An Bord Pleanála. However, this is an expensive course of action and there is an immediate need for very substantial funds. All contributions are most welcome, whether you can give €10, €1000 or another sum entirely. If you are well-off, please give generously.
